If you are not completely satisfied with any portion of the service:

• You must notify us within 24 hours after completion of the service.
• We will review your concern and, when appropriate, return to address the issue at no additional cost.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions
• Normal wear and tear after the service
• Areas or tasks outside the agreed-upon service scope
