Reservation & Deposit
To reserve a service, a 25% deposit of the quoted total is required.
The deposit secures your appointment date and is non-refundable in certain cancellation scenarios (see below).
Cancellations
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property for reasons beyond our control (e.g., no one is present, locked gates, incorrect address), the appointment is considered cancelled, and the deposit will be retained as a missed-appointment fee.
Final Payment
The remaining 75% balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
Cleanovy reserves the right to suspend future services until full payment is received.
